TERMS OF DEPOSIT AND SALE
This agreement is made in Ohio and subject to the laws of the state. It is agreed that the laws of any other state have no authority over this transaction. Deposit of $200.00 is needed to hold a kitten or if reserved, $50.00 before birth and $150.00 upon notification of birth of the kitten. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be deducted from the total purchase price.
Balance must be paid in full by the time the kitten is turned over to buyer or both kitten and deposit may be forfeited at seller’s option.
Buyer agrees to provide proper housing, diet, and health care. SEQ CHAPTER \h \r 1Our kittens are guaranteed to be healthy and free from disease and parasites when they leave our home.
Buyer agrees to have the kitten/cat examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of pickup/delivery. If, during this examination, a medical problem is found the seller is to be notified immediately and provided with certification of the illness by the veterinarian in order for the kitten/cat to be returned for a refund or replacement. No refund or replace after said three day except genetic causes as noted hereafter.
Under no condition shall Seller be responsible for payment of any medical exams or treatments of said Ragdoll by the Buyer. Seller is not responsible for any virus including upper respiratory infection because a new kitten that is stressed often exhibit upper respiratory responses.
If, within 2 years, your kitten develops a congenial health problem (certified by a veterinarian or through a necropsy), the kitten will be replaced with a kitten of equal value.
Kitten will have had two shots and worming, if necessary, before leaving breeder. More shots and worming may be needed. Check with your veterinarian to have the best information on these items in your area. Kitten is to be an inside cat. This contract is for our mutual benefit, and we hereby affix our signature.
