TERMS OF DEPOSIT AND SALE
This agreement is made in Ohio and subject to the laws of the state. It is agreed that the laws of any other state have no authority over this transaction.
Deposit of $200 is due upon receipt of this agreement. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be deducted from the total purchase price.
Balance must be paid in full by the time the kitten is turned over to buyer or both kitten and deposit may be forfeit.
Buyer agrees to provide proper housing, diet, and general health care. Buyer has the right to have this kitten examined by his/her veterinarian with a week of receipt. Seller is not responsible for any virus including upper respiratory infection because new kittens if stressed often exhibit upper respiratory responses. If, within 2 years, your kitten develops a congenial health problem certified by a veterinarian, the kitten will be replaced with a kitten of equal value. Kitten will have had one shot and worming if necessary, before leaving breeder. More shots and worming may be needed. Check with your veterinarian to have the best information on these items in your area. Kitten is to be an inside cat.
